A practical proposal for a Creating a Global Parliament

Andrew Strauss is a Professor of International Law at Widener Unviersity School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. His paper proposes to respond to the crisis of democratic legitimacy witht he creation of a Global Parliamentary Assembly, a polularly elected world parliamentary body modeled on the European parliament.
