Agreements between the WTO and the IMF and the World Bank

Because of the increasing linkages between the various aspects of economic policymaking that fall within the respective mandates of the World Trade Organisation, the International Monetary Fund and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, these agreements are decided with a view to achieving greater coherence in global economic policymaking and should enhance the possibilities for governments to respond effectively to the issues addressed in that Decision.
