Nieto Montesinos, Jorge

Jorge Nieto is a governance expert, he was representing Peru in the UNESCO, and now he is president of the Center Internacional for the Democratic Culture. He participates in the World-wide Forum of the Civil Society, where it shares folder with the Spanish Greater Federico, Mijail Gorbachov, and the gutemalteca Rigoberta Menchú.
