Climate Action Network

The Climate Action Network (CAN) is a worldwide network of over 340 Non- Governmental Organizations (NGOs) working to promote government and individual action to limit human-induced climate change to ecologically sustainable levels.

Diverse environmental organizations from around the globe, ranging from large international groups such as World Wildlife Fund (WWF), Greenpeace and Friends of the Earth, to small local groups in developing countries such as Terre Vivante in Mauritania and the Green Coalition in the Philippines, work collaboratively within CAN.
